Andrew has been involved with the social services sector in Singapore since 1976. He began as an outreach volunteer with the Singapore Children’s Society in Toa Payoh. In 1985 he was introduced to Beyond Social Services, a SSA with a cause that resonated with him. With Beyond, Andrew has over the years initiated several new programmes. Today he serves as a Strategic Thinking & Planning resource to its leadership team.
Andrew was a founding vice-chairman and current board member of the Catholic Leadership Centre. He also chairs the F&B Advisory Panel of Assumption Pathway School.
Professionally, Andrew is Founder & Managing Director of Decision Processes International (DPI) Asia Private Limited, a network member of DPI Worldwide. He has personally led over 300 strategy projects spanning the for-profit as well as non-profit sectors. For his contributions to the Community Chest of Singapore, Andrew was presented the Special Volunteer Award by President Wee Kim Wee in 1992. He is also the first recipient of the Friend of the Cooperatives Award.

Tina was appointed on 1 April 2020 to a new role as Senior Consultant in NCSS. She hopes to add value by developing leaders, forging better solutions, and co-creating person-centered, holistic and user empowered initiatives to meet emerging needs. Tina joined NCSS on 17 April 1995 and has held various portfolios overseeing Service Planning & Development, Fund Allocation, HR and Family Service Centres before being appointed Deputy CEO of NCSS on 1 June 2007.
Tina has been appointed to inter-ministry committees to conduct policy reviews, develop masterplans and coordinate national efforts to address social problems. She currently serves on the Boards of NUHS Fund, Woodbridge Hospital Charity Fund, Resilience Collective and the Caregivers Alliance. Tina holds a double Masters in Public Administration and Social Work. She was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver), the Pioneer Social Worker Award (2016), and the Ann Wee Social Work Alumni Award (2020).
