Pastor Andrew previously served as a maritime engineering technician with the Republic of Singapore Navy for 13 years before becoming a full-time pastor. He founded New Hope Community Services in 2003 and served in a volunteering capacity before joining as its Executive Director in 2007 and later as CEO from 2017 to 2024. He also founded Jumping Singapore, a social enterprise, in 2016. Pastor Andrew has received numerous awards, such as the Inspiration Award 2009 from the British Chamber of Commence, and is a Social Service Fellow in the National Council of Social Service since 2021. A grassroots and community leader in Chong Pang since 2006, he is currently the Harmony Circle Chairman, and is the Chairman of the Harmony Circle Coordinating Council since 2023.

Peck Sian has more than 9 years of experience serving the homeless individuals and families in a Transitional shelter. Prior to joining New Hope CS, she spent 7 years working with vulnerable children, youth and their families, and 12 years in overseas mission work. She is now Senior Social Worker (Team lead) of Transit Point @ Margaret Drive.

Ann Tat has over 20 years of experience in the social sector, spanning over youth development, community engagement, and housing support. He has worked in transitional shelter management and now supports residents in Singapore’s first Single Room Shared Facilities (SRSF) pilot project by HDB, fostering connection, resilience, and community among tenants.
